This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Hutchinson County Warrant Records is a private reference site. It cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear one, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Those answers must come from the sheriff or court responsible for the record.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office named on the paperwork. HCSO has County, JP1, and JP2 warrant-search pages, but each is a separate route and none replaces the issuing clerk's answer about a case.
- County warrant or service question: Hutchinson County Sheriff's Office, 1400 Veta Street, Borger, Texas; 806-274-6343. This is the main office number; ask to be routed to the appropriate warrant contact.
- JP1 case or missed setting: Precinct 1 Justice Court, 806-878-4024. Use the precinct shown on the citation.
- JP2 case or missed setting: Precinct 2 Justice Court, 806-273-0103. The issuing JP is the source for its case and warrant status.
- District-court criminal records: District Clerk, 515 S. Main Street, PO Box 580, Stinnett, Texas; 806-878-4017.
- County-court or county records: County Clerk, 515 S. Main Street, Suite 211, Stinnett, Texas; 806-878-4002. Ask whether the matter is held by that office before requesting a search.
- Borger municipal citation: Borger Municipal Court, 611 N. Weatherly Street. The city page lists 806-273-0925 while the OCA directory lists 806-273-0975; verify the current number with the city.
- Fritch municipal citation: Fritch Municipal Court, 104 N. Robey Avenue. The court page lists 806-857-3144 while city/OCA references also show 806-857-3143; confirm which number is current.
- Stinnett municipal citation: OCA lists 806-878-2422 and judge@cityofstinnett.com. The Tyler page handles citation payment and utilities, not a public warrant search.
- Sanford matter: no official municipal court, police, or warrant portal was verified in the reviewed sources. Ask the town to identify the office named in the case paperwork.
- Legal advice or a possible surrender: speak with a licensed Texas attorney and the issuing court about the case-specific process.
HCSO's public pages are described as updating weekly and use a Defendant Name field. For search steps and the difference between the county and JP pages, see the Hutchinson County warrant lookup. For a countywide route map, start at Hutchinson County warrant records.
